Consumer Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us so please reach out with questions or concerns regarding your order. If your order arrives broken or defective you have 30 days within which to request a return.
Do not return any products until you have received an RMA from our returns department.
Please email us at hello@rentechglobal.com to initiate your return. Include your name, order number, and a detailed description of why you are requesting to return the item.
We will email you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on packing and shipping the product to us.
If the item is deemed eligible for return we will contact you to determine whether the item will be repaired, replaced, or if a refund will be issued.
